Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. If something turns out to be mispriced or out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you and refund you in full rather than ship the wrong thing.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order that’s already confirmed.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Product images
We photograph everything ourselves and try hard to show true colours, but screens vary. Slight colour differences aren’t a defect — though if you’re unhappy, our returns policy still applies.
Reviews
Reviews are moderated before publishing. We remove anything abusive, off-topic or fake, but we never remove a review just because it’s critical.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
