We collect the minimum we need to run the shop well, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. Ever.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, phone and password (stored only as a secure hash)
- Order details — shipping address, order contents and payment status
- Messages — anything you send through our contact form
- Newsletter — your email, if you choose to subscribe
What we don’t collect
We never store your full card number or CVV — payments are handled by our payment provider. Your cart and wishlist live in your own browser, not on our servers.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your orders
- To send order updates and tracking links
- To answer your questions
- To send marketing emails — only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to hello@thedoodlecart.com and we’ll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.
