We pack orders within 24 hours on business days. Once your parcel leaves our studio you’ll get a tracking link by email, and you can follow it any time on our track order page.

- A flat ₹69 below that, anywhere in India
- Extended-zone pin codes may cost ₹99
Where we ship
We ship across India as standard, and we do send parcels internationally on request. International rates depend on weight and destination, so message us before you order and we’ll quote you properly rather than guess at checkout.
Bulk and return-gift orders
Ordering return gifts for an event, or hampers for a team? Tell us the quantity and the date you need them by — we hold bulk stock for exactly this and can usually do better than the listed price.
Gift orders
Tick “add gift wrap” at checkout and we’ll wrap the item in tissue and ribbon with a hand-drawn note card, and leave the invoice out of the box.
Something gone wrong?
If tracking hasn’t moved for three days, or your parcel arrives damaged, message us straight away and we’ll chase the courier or send a replacement.
