What can be returned
- Unused items in their original packaging, with tags intact
- Anything that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — always, with no time limit on our mistakes
What can’t be returned
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
- Products showing clear signs of use
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order number, and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We arrange a free pickup for damaged and incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size instead of a refund? Say so when you write in and we’ll swap it, subject to stock.
